If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns and replacement
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a quality problem. You have 14 calendar days to notify us of the quality issue and provide relevant evidences by email from the date you received it.
Once we receive your claim, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your claim. If the item is found to have quality issue, we will send out a replacement item for free no later than 7 days from the date we receive your claim.
If you have received an item which has confirmed a quality problem and you don’t want a replacement, we are happy to issue a full refund to you.
